The rescheduled date for
the Fun Tournament is currently September 15, 2008. However, this date
is dependent on the status of power restoration, school closures, and
Hurricane Ike. Please check the website for further updates as we see
how next week evolves.
We certainly understand
that you may need to withdraw from the Fun Tournament due to extenuating
circumstances associated with Hurricane Gustav and the tournament date
change. If you know of someone who is able to play in your place,
please feel free to make that substitution. If you must withdraw,
please let us know as soon as possible so that we can adjust the draw
and get an accurate head count for lunch. Email BRWTA President,

or call her at 413-0004. We must pay for the head
count that we provide Oak Lodge for the luncheon.
Registration is closed for
the Fun Tournament. We will undoubtedly need substitute teams and
individuals to fill the places of ladies who withdraw from the
tournament because of Hurricane Gustav.
